Porunga has two main abilities, one that has three modes and you can activate three times per turn

Regal Force At the very least, [c]Regal Force[/c] will draw you a single card when it enters the battlefield, as it counts itself as a green creature

Then you would use Fire Blast every turn knocking out most basic Pokemon in 1 turn and all Pokemon in 2 turns

If you use one of these cards on a cheap creature, its too small for the effect to matter, and if you use one on an expensive creature, why does that creature need a conditionally relevant keyword

This is a great trick for Blue decks, especially when you get spell triggers while blanking a removal spell
