Nuit 1 2015 2006 the estate’s “classic” vintageAn ultra confidential experimental cuve vinified by Lela Pailhs at Julien Guillot, half Gamay from the Manganite cuve, half Pinot Noir from the Auguste cuve, with a 3 week maceration and a one year aging in a small terracotta amphora (120 l) . A red with intense juice, made from beautiful ripe fruit from the finest plots of the estate, and endowed with the fullness and richness specific to the 2015 vintage.
