Hardy Perfect Fly Reel 3 1/8" 7'4" There is a thumb indentation

There is a thumb indentation on the grip that is quite comfortable

The rod is in mint and un-fished condition

For sale here is a Hardy Princess fly reel from the late 1980's/early 90's in excellent+ condition

The condition is very good to excellent

This grip has been shortened to nine corks as the hand is intended to curl under the overhang of the reel (what I call the southern PA style)

Hardy Perfect Fly Reel 3 1/8" 7'4" There is a thumb indentationA nice Hardy Perfect trout reel, 3 1 8" and set up for RHW. Later enamel model this reel is in mint condition and appears not to have ever been fished. Unblemished agate lineguard and a smooth alloy foot with an ebonite handle. The tensioner works great and the reel is smooth and tight mechanically. The reel comes in the original box with the original navy and cream vinyl case. A fine example of a later model perfect.
