No heat treatment, no enhancement, just a 0. 20 carat pear shaped stone in a soft violet that is entirely its own. Here it sits in a small pendant of oxidized sterling silver and 18K yellow gold, folded into a shape that owes more to origami than to traditional jewelry design, which is part of why it does not look like much else out there. At about half an inch,
