Normally a troop would comprise 3 Cromwells and a Sherman Firefly

The M10’s relatively thin 37mm of armour (and open-topped five-sided welded turret) on the other hand made it vulnerable to anti-tank weapons

although in diminishing numbers as attrition took its toll upon the survivors

Most anti-tank men were reassigned under the Jungle Division restructure
