The rod was made in the early 1990s when Mario was head bamboo rod maker for the Scott Rod Co. The rod is in excellent+ condition. Translucent silks with black accents. All hardware on the rod is nicely oxidized. Nickel silver cap and ring. Ferrules are short super Z style. EC Powell style wells grip. The rod weighs 3. 2 oz and the ferrule size is 14
