Deanston 'Coopers Choice' 2009/9yo Medoc overturning traditional notions that rosésA single cask Deanston here from The Cooper's Choice range. This one was initially aged in American oak, before being moved over to a Port pipe for a finishing period. In 2019, it was bottled up by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. at 9 years of age, with an outturn of only 300 bottles. White chocolate, orange peel, honeycomb and walnut on the nose. The palate is rich with oily barley and melted butter, with a helping of raspberry sorbet along the way.
