サンジョヴェーゼ種を主体に醸された、熟成タイプの赤ワイン。

醸造方法：ロヴェレートにある畑の樹齢60年以上の木から収穫されたブドウを手摘みで収穫。発酵を行う前日から一晩、ステンレスタンクで低温マセレーション。16～18℃で約18日間の発酵を行い、ステンレスタンクで澱とともに6～7ヶ月熟成。瓶内熟成2ヶ月。
