The foundry was known to experiment with new designs and this blue enameled skillet was one of the last to be created before the factory burned

GORGEOUS late 1800's Orr Painter & Co. style Unknown Maker Waffle Iron Monday morning consider this round standard sizeWe have had a few of these flip style waffle irons from the late 1800's and they are so very cool. Especially this one, it restored beautifully and looks almost brand new for being over 125 years old. Orr & Painter made a number of very ornate versions so there is a chance that this is an unmarked Orr & Painter. However we can't be 100% certain so we'll just keep referring to it as unknown.
