It was difficult to choose the mint, as Foggy River Farm, our local resource for herbs, teas and botanicals, grow 9 kinds of mint! We settled on a Swiss mint which delivers the just the right amount of menthol to complement the slight fruitiness of the chocolate. If you are a mint chocolate lover, you'll love this bar!
